These Terms of Service (below, the Terms) set out the conditions for using the self-service car wash provided by the location (below, the Service).
In these Terms, the location means the Self Car Wash 1on1 site that the user has booked, and the operator means the business that runs that site.
The contract for use of the Service is formed individually, site by site, between the user and the operator of the site that the user booked. The operators of other Self Car Wash 1on1 sites and the franchise headquarters are not parties to that contract.
The name, address and contact details of the operator, and any other matters required by law, are shown on the booking screen or on a web page designated by the location.
Users agree to these Terms when booking and then use the Service.
Version 1 / Effective September 9, 2026

If anything concerns you, please check it before washing.
- The operator is not liable for accidents, injuries or damage to vehicles or belongings arising from the way the user operates the vehicle, items brought in, the way the Service is used, disputes between guests or any other cause not attributable to the operator.

- If the operator reasonably judges that there is a risk of fraudulent credit card use, a fraudulent booking, a booking made with false information or other misuse, we may cancel the booking or decline use.
- Where necessary for safety or for the running of the location, the operator may contact the user.
We hold your booked time slot exclusively for you, and a same-day cancellation makes it difficult to offer that slot to another guest. Cancellation fees are therefore set as follows.
| When you cancel |
Cancellation fee |
| By the day before your booking |
Free |
| On the day of your booking |
100% of the booking fee |
| No-show |
100% of the booking fee |
- To cancel by the day before, please complete the procedure through the booking method designated by the location.
- If you have already paid, the cancellation fee will be applied against that payment, and any amount exceeding the cancellation fee will be refunded.
- If you are affected by a disaster, an accident or other unavoidable circumstances, please contact us by the method designated by the location. After checking the circumstances, the operator may waive all or part of the cancellation fee.
11
Declining and suspending use
If a user falls under any of the following, the operator may cancel the booking, stop the use or decline future use. However, where the breach is minor and there is no need to act immediately for safety or for the running of the location, we may first ask for it to be put right.

- Repeatedly exceeding the booked time
- Using equipment or supplies inappropriately

How fees are handled
- Where use is stopped because the user has breached these Terms, the usage fee will not, as a rule, be refunded.
- Where the operator cancels a booking for its own reasons and you were unable to use the Service, the usage fee will be refunded.
- If you notice that you have left something behind, please contact the operator promptly.
- Items found at a location are handled in accordance with the Lost Property Act and other applicable laws.
- Security cameras are installed and record footage for the purposes of crime prevention, entry and exit management, safety management, checking the equipment and how the Service is used, and checking accidents, disputes and breaches of these Terms.
- Recorded footage is used only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes above.
- Where required by law, or where the police or another relevant authority makes a lawful enquiry or a request for cooperation with an investigation, we may provide footage to the extent necessary.
- Recorded footage is managed appropriately and is erased once the period necessary to achieve the purpose of use has passed.
14
