These terms set out the rules for using Self Car Wash 1on1.
By using the facility, you are deemed to have agreed to the following.

Opening and booking hours
- Remaining on the premises outside your booked time is treated as trespassing.
- Please enter the premises only after your booking start time.
- Please leave the premises by your booking end time.
- Bays are booked by time slot. We ask for mutual consideration between guests in the preceding and following slots.
- To prevent disputes, if you repeatedly run over your booked time without special circumstances, we may decline your future use of the facility.
- Please use only the bay assigned to you at the time of booking. We ask that you do not use any other bay.
- You may bring passengers with you.
- If you are visiting as a group, please do not park on the street or without permission at nearby facilities.
- If you intentionally damage the supplies or the building, you may be required to pay compensation.
- Before leaving, please tidy the supplies and clean the floor if it has become dirty.
- Please take your rubbish home with you. Littering in the area or leaving rubbish in the vending machine recycling bin is strictly prohibited.
- Painting work is prohibited.
- Open flames are strictly prohibited.
- There are no toilets on site, so please use a restroom before arriving.
- If any equipment is faulty, please stop using it and either check Customer Support or contact the location. Depending on the circumstances, we will refund your usage fee.
- Please note that we accept no liability whatsoever for any accident, injury or dispute arising during your use of the facility.
- We accept bookings only through our Official LINE and よやクルPro. Bookings made through any other website or by telephone are not accepted.
- We may cancel a booking in order to prevent fraudulent credit card use.
- This service depends on everyone following the rules. As the service cannot operate otherwise, we may decline use to anyone who does not observe them.
- Please collect any belongings you have left behind promptly. If they remain unclaimed after a set period, we will dispose of them in accordance with our own procedures.
- Security cameras record the premises for entry and exit management and crime prevention.
- If the police or another authority requests cooperation with an investigation, we will provide the recorded data.
- For same-day cancellations, a cancellation fee of 100% of the usage fee applies in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Before you use the facility
Only those who have read and agreed to the above may use the facility.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining an environment where every guest can feel at ease.
If there is any discrepancy between a translated version of these terms and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
